Alcohol Legislation UK
It is illegal for any persons under 18 years of age to purchase or try to purchase alcohol or an item containing a knife. It is illegal to act as an agent for someone under 18 years of age in the purchase of alcohol or items containing a knife.
In purchasing champagne, wine, port, whisky, sambuca or vodka, or any other alcoholic gifts from ChristmasGifts2U the customer agrees that they are not below 18 years of age and/or not acting as an agent for anyone under 18 years of age. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that you are above 18 years of age.
Price
Prices of goods shown before total include VAT (20%). The postage and packaging amount will be shown at the checkout stage.
In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on ChristmasGifts2U.co.uk, we reserve the right to pause the transaction. The customer will be informed by email or post of the correct price of the item(s) ordered and given the option to either continue with their order if they so desire or to obtain a refund for the amount originally received for the particular items.
Online Payment
All transactions will be processed by Streamline, which authorises a secure online payment system through RBS WorldPay, www.rbsworldpay.com.
Card and transaction information is not kept by ChristmasGifts2U and consequently will not be shared or disclosed and will only be used to process orders.
Credit/Debit card payments can be made using Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, Mastercard, Delta and JCB.

Returns Policy
Missing, Wrong, Faulty or Damaged goods
If a gift is found to be missing, wrong, faulty or damaged upon receipt you agree to notify ChristmasGifts2U.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery by phone, so we can either arrange a convenient collection of the wrong/damaged/faulty goods or ask you to send the goods back via first class post (please note: we are unable to refund special delivery costs). Once the items have been received back to our depot (at the above address), we will replace the damaged or faulty item for new ones within 2-3 working days stock permitting. Missing, damaged or faulty goods brought to our attention after this 24 hour time period will remain charged for.
If you have received a wrong, damaged or faulty item, we will replace it for you within 2-3 working days from return date. However, if you no longer require the item at this point, we will happily refund the cost of the item in full minus the original postage charge you paid.

The customer should see a golden padlock on the bottom right hand side of their browser when going through the payment process with ChristmasGifts2U.co.uk, which means that your private details are secure.
Delivery Information
Where do we deliver?
ChristmasGifts2U.co.uk currently only delivers to all mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland with FREE delivery. Free delivery covers Monday-Friday deliveries between approximately 7am - 7pm to mainland England, Wales and Scotland addresses, unless the item is shipped via Royal Mail in which case Saturday delivery maybe applicable.
Items weighing less than 2kg (equivalent to one 75cl bottle of wine) will also be delivered free to the Channel Islands, the Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man via standard postal delivery or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. However, should you require an item that weighs more than 2kg, delivery can still be arranged at an additional charge. Should this be the case a member of staff will contact you once your order has been placed to take the extra payment.
International Delivery
Delivery to countries outside of the European Union including Australia and the USA can be arranged at extra cost, for further information contact our customer services team on 01775 640788 before placing your order. Placing an order to any non-UK address may mean your order will be delayed in processing.
Please Note: Saturday deliveries can be arranged to mainland England, Wales and Scotland at an extra cost of £20 per delivery address. Please call us on 01775 640788 (9am-5pm Monday to Friday) to make payment.
Orders over the value of £500 may take slightly longer than 7 working days to be delivered. Please get in touch on + 44 (0)1775 640788 for more specific delivery times of larger orders, as we are able to work to deadlines!
Interlink Express Delivery
All deliveries require a signature, where the recipient is unavailable at time of delivery the courier will try and deliver again. Should there be no-one to collect the parcel on the second attempt, the parcel will be sent back to the depot and re-delivery will incur a delivery charge of £7.99 to be paid before the goods are sent back out. Should you no longer require the goods at this point, we will be happy to refund the cost of the goods.
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
Royal Mail requires a signature to confirm receipt of packages. If no-one is in when an attempted delivery is made, a note will be left advising the recipient to collect the parcel from their local Royal Mail Depot or Post Office. Should the parcel not be collected and signed for within 7 days of the note being left, any packages will be returned to ChristmasGifts2U. Re-delivery will incur a postage and packaging charge of £7.99 before the goods can be re-delivered. Should you no longer require the goods at this stage we will be happy to refund the cost of the items excluding any postage and packaging charge you may have to pay to return the items back to ChristmasGifts2U.
FREE UK Delivery on ALL Gifts.
Free delivery means you as the customer will not pay a postage or packaging charge to any mainland Wales, Scotland & England addresses through Interlink Express, Standard Post or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Please Note: If you have not received your gift within 8 working days, you agree to contact ChristmasGifts2U.co.uk via phone on 01775 640788 and by email: enquiries@christmasgifts2u.co.uk in order to notify us, so that we can chase the parcel up for you.
Refunds
ChristmasGifts2U.co.uk operates a refund policy at the discretion of the management team.

Force Majeure
ChristmasGifts2U.co.uk promises to exercise every reasonable effort to meet a requested dispatch date. However, the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its realistic control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts or omissions of the customer, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.
Privacy Policy
ChristmasGifts2U collects the information submitted by the customer at the time of order not only to process the customers’ purchase, but also to provide the highest level of customer service possible. We use all information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. ChristmasGifts2U will only email marketing material with prior consent from the customer. If the customer does not wish to receive any promotional material they have the option to un-check the relevant box when leaving details. We do NOT sell details to third parties.
